Payment


Cards & Painted Postcards

These can be paid for online using a credit card. We use Stripe as our payment gateway.


Paintings


QUESTIONS PRIOR TO PURCHASE:

If the painting selected is for sale, there will be an enquiry button alongside the image. Clicking the button will prepare an email that you then can send directly to Daniel adding any enquiries that you might have.


PAYMENT OPTIONS:

Payments can be made in full via PayPal or bank transfer. Alternatively financing is available using Stripe. Investing in art is a special occasion and Daniel aims to make it as affordable as possible. If you do not wish to make a total payment up front you can now own your artwork asap by using our financing option.(5% credit charge)


A PAYMENT PLAN TO SUIT YOU: 

When purchasing a painting you can now opt to pay using a flexible, reoccurring payment plan of your choice. Put down a 20% deposit and full payment within 3-8 months. (5% Credit charge)

Once you have chosen your painting you will be sent a secure Partially link. Here you can adjust the payment plan to suit yourself, choosing the monthly amount and length of the plan.



Shipping


Cards and painted postcards

Shipping is calculated at the checkout for Switzerland, Europe, the UK and the USA. If you would like to ship elsewhere in the world please contact Daniel for prices.


Paintings and other works

Shipping prices vary depending on size and location.  You will be provided with a quote upon enquiry. If a painting is already framed, this will be stated in the description and included in the price.  Please note: P&P increases when posting framed works abroad.



Returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.



Refunds

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
